Juan San Miguel, a 57-year-old Hispanic male, died on August 9, 2017, in Cleburne, Texas. He was a part-time security officer at the Jefferson County Courthouse and had previously served with the Beaumont Police Department and BISD PD. San Miguel was under investigation for sexual assault charges, including three counts of indecency with a child and three counts of sexual assault of a child.
