Caleb Seth Edwards, a 25-year-old male, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2017, in Plano, Texas. He was one of eight victims killed during a mass shooting at a football watching party hosted by his friend, Meredith Hight. The shooter, Spencer James Hight, was 32 years old and had been estranged from his wife, Meredith. The incident occurred after Spencer, who had been heavily intoxicated, left a bar and went to Meredith's home, where he opened fire on the party guests.
