Valarie Martinez, a 24-year-old Hispanic woman, was tragically found dead on November 5, 2017, at Tradinghouse Lake Park in Waco, Texas. Alongside her was her 1-year-old daughter, Azariah Rosa-Lee Martinez. The discovery was made by a group of people who immediately called 911.
