Valarie Martinez, a 24-year-old Hispanic woman, was tragically found dead on November 5, 2017, at Tradinghouse Lake Park in Waco, Texas. Alongside her was her 1-year-old daughter, Azariah Rosa-Lee Martinez. The discovery was made by a group of people who immediately called 911. Valarie was found shot in the head, and her daughter was found strapped in a car seat in a nearby car, also shot execution-style in the head.
