Wilbert James Outlaw II, a 22-year-old man from Missouri City, Texas, was tragically found dead in a breezeway at the Estates at Fountain Lakes Apartments in Stafford, Texas, just before 2 a.m. on January 1, 2018. The young man's death was ruled a homicide, and the investigation quickly led to the arrest of two suspects.
