Jarrett Scales-LeGare, a 24-year-old African American male, was found shot to death in his car on February 2, 2018, at the Clear Creek Landing Apartments in Houston, Texas. The Harris County Sheriff's Office believes that he was killed during a robbery. Jarrett's death was a tragic loss for his family and friends, who remembered him as a humble and talented individual with a bright future ahead of him.
