Zachary Segura, a 17-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on February 25, 2018, in Converse, Texas. The incident occurred at MacArthur Park, where Zachary and a friend encountered 17-year-old Isaiah Westman. According to police reports, the altercation began over a backpack, escalating to the point where Westman shot Zachary in the head. Zachary succumbed to his injuries two days later.
