Damarcio V. White, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 5, 2018, in Austin, Texas. He was found shot to death at the Reserve at Springdale Apartments in East Austin. The incident occurred early in the morning, just after 6:00 a.m., when the Austin Police Department received a call about a shooting at the complex.
