Savion Zamir Manuel, a 19-year-old young man from Copperas Cove, Texas, tragically lost his life on March 19, 2018, in Temple, Texas. Savion was known for his vibrant personality and his aspirations to become a professional basketball player and electronic engineer. He was studying at the University of Northern Texas Denton, pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering with a minor in Psychology.
