Gloria Segura-Cruz, a 61-year-old Hispanic woman, was found dead in her home in Fabens, Texas, on March 28, 2018. The El Paso County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about two unresponsive individuals at a residence on the 300 block of NE H Avenue.
