Luis Carlos Flores, a 42-year-old man from Galena Park, Texas, was tragically killed on April 28, 2018. His body was discovered inside a car submerged in Hunting Bayou after neighbors reported a foul odor. The investigation revealed that Flores had been shot in the head and chest.
