Edward Rouse, a 31-year-old male, tragically lost his life on June 27, 2018, in Houston, Texas. He was riding in the front seat of a car driven by a friend when one of the two backseat passengers produced a gun and shot him in the head. The incident occurred around 5 a.m. at 4900 Perry.

Following the shooting, the Houston Police Department launched an investigation to identify the suspect. On July 10, 2018, Jerry Jones, Jr., a 28-year-old male, was arrested and charged with aggravated ass ...
