William Schoolcraft, a 61-year-old man from Crowell, Texas, was found dead on July 13, 2018, in the Crowell Cemetery with a gunshot wound to the head. The investigation into his death revealed that it was a murder-suicide incident. The suspect, Jeremy Judd Owens, a 37-year-old man from Oakley, Kansas, was identified as the person of interest. Owens was found dead in a Walmart parking lot in Anadarko, Oklahoma, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He had left a letter confessing to the murder of ...
