Salomon Lucio, a 36-year-old Hispanic male from Haltom City, Texas, was found dead on October 13, 2018, in Rice, Texas. His body was discovered near a running vehicle on Prairie Star Trail off NE 1060. Responding deputies observed that Lucio had multiple gunshot wounds, indicating homicidal violence.
