On November 7, 2018, in El Cenizo, Texas, a tragic incident unfolded when 49-year-old Guillermina Vazquez and her husband, 56-year-old Florentino Garcia Jr., were found deceased in their home. Both had sustained fatal gunshot wounds to the head. Preliminary investigations by the Webb County Sheriff's Office indicated that Garcia's wound appeared to be self-inflicted, leading authorities to classify the case as an apparent murder-suicide.
