Bradley Brockman, a 45-year-old man from Tyler, Texas, was tragically shot in the head on December 16, 2018, at the Westwood Shopping Center. At the time of his death, Brockman was holding a sign that read, "help me keep my kids dry," indicating he was seeking assistance. The incident occurred when bystanders witnessed a person wearing a hoodie and red bandana, later identified as Kristian Leonardo Perdomo, shoot Brockman before fleeing the scene.
