Aadam Xirsi, a 50-year-old Somali man, was found shot to death on January 17, 2019, in the driver's seat of a Yellow Cab in the parking lot of a thrift store in Windcrest, San Antonio, TX. The driver's side front window had been shattered by a bullet, and Xirsi had one leg dangling out of the open door.
