Desmond Jamal Adair, aged 21, was shot and killed late at night on August 31, 2013, near Laclede's Landing and the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident also left a woman seriously injured. Desmond was found near the Arch Grounds, where he had been fatally wounded.
