Andres Luis Rangel, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on February 5, 2019, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred at the Robins Nest Apartments on Hot Wells Boulevard, where Rangel and an 18-year-old woman named Katrina Marie Casarez were found shot multiple times inside an apartment.
