Deandre Thomas, age 30, was shot and killed on September 11, 2013, in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident took place around 9:30 p.m. in the Penrose neighborhood in the northern part of the city. Thomas was walking in an alley on the 3900 block of Shreve Avenue when a Chevy Suburban, described as silver or light gold, approached him.
