Quenton Washington, a 32-year-old Black man, tragically died on February 23, 2019, from a gunshot wound at the Portofino Landing Apartments in Cypress Station, Houston. He was killed around midnight, and the Harris County Sheriff's deputies took a suspect into custody shortly after the incident.
