Sheila Denise Prater, a 45-year-old African American woman from Dallas, Texas, tragically died on March 3, 2019. She was found dead in her home on the 3400 block of Keyridge Drive near Paul Quinn College. Her son, Travonte Prater, discovered her body and immediately called 911. Sheila was a loving mother and grandmother, known for her generosity and kind-hearted nature.
