Manuel "Manny" Anzaldua III, a 54-year-old Hispanic man from Dallas, Texas, tragically passed away on March 14, 2019. Manny was born on August 26, 1964, in Bay City, Texas, and later moved to Dallas, where he worked as the manager of The Vineyards at Forest Edge Apartments in far northeast Dallas. He was well-regarded by both the residents and the Dallas Police Department for his efforts to combat crime in the area.
