Rafael Serrano Núñez, a 22-year-old Hispanic man, tragically died on April 10, 2019, in Houston, Texas. His death was the result of a shooting incident in his apartment. According to police reports, Serrano Núñez was shot by Edwin Figueroa, a 23-year-old man who was his boss. Figueroa confessed to the crime, claiming that he was enraged because Serrano Núñez was allegedly having an affair with his wife.
