Amir Omer Farouk Malik Ruvalcaba, an 18-year-old male of Mexican descent, tragically passed away on April 12, 2019, in Fort Worth, Texas. Amir was found in the driver's seat of a crashed vehicle with a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred after officers were called to the scene of a wreck reported in the 2500 block of NE 28th St. Upon arrival, they discovered Amir with a fatal gunshot wound in the driver's seat of the wrecked car.
