Michael Ubani, a 50-year-old male of Nigerian descent, was tragically shot and killed on April 29, 2019, in Montrose, Texas. Ubani, who was working as a Yellow Cab driver at the time, was shot multiple times by Jiterion Kegler, a 19-year-old male, in the parking lot of a Kroger store on Montrose Boulevard. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and seeing Kegler fleeing the scene in a black sedan.
