Timothy Stockman Jr., a 25-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically passed away on May 20, 2019. He was born on December 30, 1993, to Timothy Stockman Sr. and Latacha Simpson. Timothy was fatally shot at a north Houston apartment complex, suffering gunshot wounds to his hip and upper foot.
