Kevin Hollis Lyons, a 42-year-old man from Garland, Texas, tragically lost his life on June 1, 2019. He was a long-time resident of University Park and was born in Dallas, Texas, on January 29, 1977. Kevin was shot in a parking lot in the 2100 block of Northwest Highway around 4:45 a.m. When police arrived, they found him shot inside a Lexus. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition but later succumbed to his injuries.
