Cruz Osmar Rubio-Reyes, a 40-year-old Hispanic man, tragically lost his life on June 16, 2019, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot outside the Costa Del Sol Restaurant located at Bissonnet Street and Cook Road. According to witnesses, Rubio-Reyes was involved in a fight around 3:20 a.m. in the rear parking area of the restaurant.
