Zacchaeus Banks, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 30, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred late at night near the Roseland Community Center in Old East Dallas. Zacchaeus, along with three other teenagers, was playing dice in front of the community center when a vehicle drove by and opened fire on them.
