Joel Lopez Martinez, a 42-year-old man from Port Arthur, Texas, tragically lost his life on July 19, 2019. The incident occurred around 1:15 a.m. when two men, Jaylen Lott and Rakeem Roache, approached Martinez at his home on 18th Street and demanded money.
