Gloria Irma Marquez, a 61-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost her life on August 3, 2019, in El Paso, Texas. She was one of the 22 victims of the El Paso mass shooting that occurred at a Walmart on that fateful Saturday morning. Gloria was a loving sister, mother, and grandmother, known for her caring and vibrant personality. She spent many years as a caregiver, always ready to lend a hand and brighten the lives of those around her.
