Rochelle Salazar, a 34-year-old woman from Highlands, Texas, tragically lost her life on August 6, 2019. She was found dead in her home with gunshot wounds to her chest and back. The incident occurred around 11:20 a.m. at a residence on Thompson Road. Rochelle's death was a result of a violent altercation with her husband, Billy Warford, who was subsequently charged with her murder.
