Emilio Flores, a 53-year-old man from Corpus Christi, Texas, tragically died on September 1, 2019, from a gunshot wound to the chest. Flores was found deceased in the early hours of the morning in the 200 block of Peoples Street. Investigators determined that Flores, who was homeless, had been shot around 4:22 a.m. The Nueces County Medical Examiner's office confirmed that the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the chest.
