Jason Herrera, a 36-year-old Hispanic male from Corpus Christi, Texas, tragically died on September 9, 2019, from multiple gunshot wounds. He was found in the early hours of the morning in the 1800 block of Sherman Street near Prescott. The Corpus Christi Police Department responded to reports of shots fired and discovered Herrera with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
