Vance Henry Helzer, a 24-year-old man from Kempner, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2019. He was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred outside his home on Pecos Lane in Kempner, where he was shot while standing near the street. The Lampasas County Sheriff's Office, along with the Texas Rangers, conducted an investigation into the suspected homicide.
