Jesus Maldonado, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on October 23, 2019, in Pasadena, Texas. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Alastair Avenue and was linked to a gang-related fight. Maldonado was supporting his friend during the altercation, which was sparked by a meme posted on social media that mocked the local gang, the Red Bluff Bloods.
