Alturion Banks, a 19-year-old African American male from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2 a.m., in the parking lot of Headliners Sports Bar located at 9804 Jones Road, northwest of Jersey Village.
