Justine Jermanie Brown, a 32-year-old resident of Livingston, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2019. Brown was shot multiple times during an altercation at Ridgecrest Apartments in Livingston. The incident occurred around 10:20 AM when officers from the Livingston Police Department responded to reports of shots fired. Brown was transported to CHI St. Luke's Memorial Hospital by private vehicle but succumbed to his injuries.
