Jeric De'Juan Smith, a 26-year-old man from Livingston, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 30, 2022. He was fatally injured during a shooting incident at the Down Under Club in Livingston. According to reports, the Polk County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call early that Sunday morning concerning the shooting.
