Emily Sarah Bingabing, a 22-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on January 26, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. She was shot multiple times outside a Walmart on Montfort Drive near the Dallas North Tollway. Witnesses reported seeing Bingabing and a man walking together in the parking lot just before the shooting occurred. The suspect, later identified as 24-year-old Rashad Kahlil Warren, fled the scene on foot.
