Death by Force

Lorenzo Charles Stafford, age 29, was killed on October 21, 2014, in St. Louis, Missouri. Officers responded to a call at approximately 2:50 p.m. at 2933 Hebert, where Stafford was found lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. He was subsequently transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Witnesses reported seeing a black Chrysler 300 with heavily tinted windows in the vicinity, believed to be operated by the suspect or suspects involved in the incident.
