Michael Ray Brooks Jr., a 19-year-old male from Waco, Texas, tragically lost his life on May 19, 2020. The incident occurred on Lasker Avenue, where Brooks was fatally shot during a confrontation. According to reports, the altercation began with an argument among a group of girls, which escalated when Brooks intervened. Shortly after, 25-year-old Nicosia Harlan arrived at the scene and began firing, resulting in Brooks being shot in front of his girlfriend's door.
