Tommie Richard Rodgers, a 32-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on May 25, 2020, outside One Sette nightclub in Uptown Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. after a disturbance inside the club spilled outside. Rodgers was involved in a physical altercation with Franklin Moore, a 24-year-old man who had been previously escorted out of the club multiple times due to disturbances.
