Taisha Ruthie Carter, a 20-year-old woman from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost her life on May 28, 2020, after being shot multiple times. She was found on the sidewalk along the 500 block of Clarendon Drive, suffering from her injuries. Another woman was also injured in the shooting but survived and was treated and released.
