Caleb Rule, a 37-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2020, in Missouri City, Texas. Caleb Rule was a Deputy Constable with the Fort Bend County Constable's Office, Precinct 4. On the night of his death, Rule and three deputies from the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office responded to a potential burglary call in the Sienna Plantation neighborhood.
