Frederick James Nesloney, a 42-year-old oil field worker, was fatally shot on June 16, 2020, while driving through San Antonio, Texas, on his way to West Texas. Nesloney and his wife were traveling along Loop 1604 when another vehicle pulled up alongside them and fired a single shot into their pickup truck.
