Steven Vasquez Flores, a 16-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on August 11, 2020, in Universal City, Texas. He was fatally shot inside a motel room at the Super 8 in the 200 block of Palisades Drive around 4:30 a.m. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office determined that Flores died of a gunshot wound to the chest, and his manner of death was ruled a homicide.
