On August 14, 2020, 18-year-old Alfredo Navarette was tragically shot and killed in Pleasant Grove, Dallas, TX. Navarette, a young Hispanic male, was found around 11:00 p.m. in the 1300 block of Celeste Drive near Lake June Road. He was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after arrival. Witnesses reported seeing the shooter flee the scene in a black SUV, possibly a Mitsubishi.
