Juan Ortega-De Leon, a Hispanic male, was tragically killed on August 26, 2020, in Pasadena, Texas. He was fatally shot in the head during a robbery attempt in the early hours of the morning. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of Burke Road, where two young Hispanic males approached Ortega-De Leon and demanded his wallet. When he refused to comply, a physical altercation ensued, and one of the suspects pulled out a gun and shot him.
