Emanuel Urias, an 18-year-old male from Odessa, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2020. He was one of three young men who were shot late Saturday afternoon on East 49th Street in Odessa. The incident occurred when Emanuel and two other young men, aged 20 and 16, were shot by Tizavier Jackson, who was later arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
